FRANKLIN—Chuck Berry Ricks of Burdette Road, Carrsville, passed away Aug. 4, 2011, after being involved in a car accident on Route 258.

A home-going service will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 15, at East End Church of God, 410 East St., Franklin.

Burial will be in the Ricks Family Cemetery, Sedley.
