TA girls move to 13-7 after conference win
Published 10:38am Friday, February 10, 2012WAKEFILED—The Tidewater Academy girls’ basketball team improved to 13-7 overall and 10-4 in the Virginia Commonwealth Conference after a 52-38 conference victory over Richmond Christian Thursday.
The Lady Warriors’ Cary Beahm led all scorers with 19 points, while teammate Taylor Pruitt added 11.
Samantha Dunn led the team in rebounds with six, while Beahm grabbed five and Falon Williams grabbed four rebounds and added five assists.
The Lady Warriors travel to take on Fuqua School at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 13.
