Published 11:05am Thursday, October 4, 2012CHESAPEAKE—Talmadge D. “Smitty” Smith, 74, of Chesapeake died Oct. 2, 2012, home.
A service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Chesapeake Memorial Gardens.
A native of Holland, Mr. Smith was a retired master electrician with General Electric and the City of Chesapeake.
He is survived by his daughters Fran Sherre’ Smith of Chesapeake and Jeannie Marie Edgerton of Norfolk and sons, the Rev. James Smith of Stephenson and Tony Smith of Chesapeake.
