DREWRYVILLE—A Drewryville man has been arrested for allegedly raping a 6-year-old in the Adams Grove area in May, the Southampton County Sheriff’s Office reported.

Kelvin Marshall Jackson, 47, was charged with two counts each of rape, forcible sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, said Major Gene Drewery.

Investigators in September received a complaint about the alleged incident.

The victim’s mother was an acquaintance of Jackson.

Jackson was taken to the county jail without bond, Drewry said.

Child sexual assault should be a capital offense. Racn35, I could not agree with you more!

Let us not forget that an accusation does not automatically mean guilty!
However– a good beatdown by the other inmates before he goes to court would not hurt my feelings “atall!”
    Usually–where there is smoke — there’s fire!

The inmates in the lockup don’t necessarily believe in innocence until proven guilty or always practice/follow due process procedures when it comes to accused child molesters. They are considered the lowest of the low even among the low!

Hopefully — Mr. Jackson will get his day in court!

If he is found guilty and goes to prison, the word will spread and he will get exactly what he deserves from the other inmates.
