Dominion reports no power outages in Western Tidewater
Published 7:17pm Sunday, October 28, 2012NORFOLK—Dominion Virginia Power had no reported power outages in Isle of Wight and Southampton counties as of 7 p.m. Sunday.
More than 3,500 were without power in Hampton Roads, including 2,876 in Norfolk, 500 in Virginia Beach and 68 in Hampton.
