Beahm nets 26 points for TA win

WAKEFIELD— Tidewater Academy senior Cary Beahm scored 26 points in the Lady Warriors’ 54-30 win over Kenston Forest in Virginia Commonwealth Conference play on Monday.

It was Beahm’s third straight game scoring over 20 points.

The Lady Warriors improved to 5-1 overall and 3-0 in the VCC.

Leaders for the winners were Beahm with 13 rebounds. Sophomore Taylor Pruitt added 14 points, 6 steals and 2 assists. Senior Falon Williams added 6 points, 8 rebounds and 3 steals.

The Lady Warriors will travel to Walsingham Academy at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13.
