SMITHFIELD—William “Willy” Thomas Watts III, 51, of Smithfield died Monday, Dec. 16, 2012, at home.full-time

A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, at Oakland Christian Church.

Mr. Watts was a machinist in the test lab for Newport News Shipbuilding.

Locally, he is survived by a daughter, Chrissy Watts of Ivor.

Parr Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
