NORFOLK—Carrsville native Leeser Boone Howell died Friday, Dec. 21, 2012, at Sentara Leigh Hospital.achievements

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at Bank Street Memorial Baptist Church, 7036 Chesapeake Blvd., Norfolk. Burial will follow at Albert G. Horton Jr. Veteran Cemetery, Suffolk.

Mrs. Howell taught music in Norfolk Public Schools for 23 years.

She is survived by her husband, Algie Howell Jr.; and children, Algie Howell III and Alesia Clark of Crane, Ind.
