WINDSOR—Barbara Foster Frye, 54, died Thursday, Jan. 24, at home.

A memorial gathering will be held 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at Crittenden Community Hall, 8881 Eclipse Drive, Suffolk.
