NEWPORT NEWS—Former Franklin resident George W. Deloatch of Newport News died Jan. 28, 2013.

A service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, at First Baptist Church, 318 Hall St., Franklin. Burial will be 11 a.m. Monday at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Virginia Beach.

Wm. M. Johnson & Sons, Franklin, is handing arrangements.
