WINDSOR—Raymond Douglas Smith died Feb. 4, 2013.

Mr. Smith was a former Portsmouth police officer and Isle of Wight County deputy. He owned Windsor Auto Sales and was a former bondsman.

He is survived by his wife, Jane Davis Smith; sister, Edna Bloch; brother, James Smith; son, Steven Smith; and daughters, Amy Banks and Stacey Drake.
