SUFFOLK—Francis Evans, 73, died Friday, March 1, 2013, at Sentara Obici Hospital.

A funeral was held Monday at Baker-Foster Funeral Home, Suffolk, with entombment following at Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.

Mr. Evans is survived by his wife Marilyn Evans, daughter Penny Petersen of Windsor and son Michael Evans of Suffolk.
