Is it possible that the suspect is the same person who raped an elderly woman at knife point while she was walking home from church? When you all catch this TRASH make sure to knuckle down on him and just put in your Use of Force Report that he resisted arrest.

FPD should interview the crowd at “Wine Country”. They see who comes/goes down Washington St. This morning there were at least 15 in attendance!
