Go to Youtube and put in Frank Town or Goonsville, sit back and enjoy Franklin’s finest “Gangstas” representing the city. Now, tell me the difference between Franklin and Portsmouth. These local street thugs call themselves “soldiers” they do not possess one single character trait of a professional soldier. Local police do a pretty damn fine job of keeping these animals under control.

Could be that the shooter thought the Charter Communications employee was installing something on the communications line to increase the cost of Charter’s services to that part of town. You know, just like the utility bills mysteriously skyrocketed in that part of town. That doesnt sound too crazy. A better alternative would have been to picket City Hall, even if it meant you looked like an idiot…oh wait.
