I would like to say thank you to all the fireman and EMS providers that put their life on the line daily so the community in which they work can be a safer place. And also a thank you to the families of these men and women for suppoting their loved ones in a profession that is so dangerous.

TN you should interview all these “self appointed heroes” around the fire stations. They’ll give you the scoop about how they fought fire all night and their gear was frozen over with ice. Or hunting squirrels right after when all they are is squirrels anyway!
Taking “selfies” at the fire scene while doing nothing makes them facebook heroes. A real fireman at a real fire would’ve been deep enough in the fire that ice couldn’t form on his gear. He sure wouldn’t be taking “selfies” for social media recognition of his prowess!
