Man arrested for dealing out of business

FRANKLIN—The owner/manager of the nTelos Wireless store on Armory Drive was arrested at 1 p.m. Tuesday for allegedly dealing drugs out of his business, said Capt. Tim Whitt, spokesman for the Franklin Police Department.

Franklin Police arrested Eric Jason Coogan, 31, of the 300 block of Lee Street, and charged him with the sale and distribution of oxycontin, and three counts felony distribution of marijuana.

Coogan is being held without bond at Western Tidewater Regional Jail.
