TIDEWATER

The new site lays out parking lot striping, lot repair, dirt work, and pressure washing, along with the parishes RPM serves and what a quote requires.

HAMMOND, La. (November 1, 2026) RPM Services, a commercial property maintenance company based in Hammond, has launched a new website at rpmsvcs.com. The site went live in October 2026. It gives property managers one place to see the company’s services, where it works, and what it needs to quote a job.

RPM stands for Ridgley Property Maintenance. Owner Thad Ridgley has been in the trade since 2017, and the company’s legal name is RPM Svcs, LLC. Its work covers the parts of a commercial property that people see first: the parking lot, the walkways, and the building exterior.

BlakSheep Creative, a web design and digital marketing agency, designed and built the website.

Four services under one contact

The site is organized around four service lines, each with its own page. Parking lot striping covers restriping, new layouts, accessible stalls and aisles, fire lanes, arrows, stencils, and crosswalks. Lot maintenance and repair covers sealcoating, crack sealing, patching, pothole repair, concrete repair, bollards, and wheel stops.

Dirt work and hauling covers grading and site preparation for pads, lots, and property improvements. Pressure washing covers parking lots, sidewalks, storefronts, loading docks, and pool decks.

RPM presents those services as a single point of contact for a property. According to the site, several jobs on one site can be planned as one job, such as a wash before the lines go down or a restripe after a sealcoat. The person who scopes a job is the person the customer talks to until it is finished.

“Property managers don’t want to juggle three contractors for one parking lot,” said Thad Ridgley, owner of RPM Services. “We wash it, fix it and stripe it, and the person who looks at your site is the person you talk to until the job is done. The new website lays all of that out, so a manager can send us photos and get the conversation started without a phone tag.”

Why striping rules are on the site

The striping page explains requirements that come into play when a lot is due for paint. The U.S. Department of Justice states in its ADA compliance brief on restriping parking spaces that any business or state or local government that restripes must provide accessible spaces, as the 2010 ADA Standards require.

The number depends on the facility’s size. The brief lists a minimum of one accessible space for 1 to 25 total spaces, four for 76 to 100, and nine for 401 to 500. At least one accessible space, and one of every six, must be van accessible. Some facility types, including hospital outpatient and residential facilities, have different requirements.

Louisiana adds its own rule. The state’s parking statute, R.S. 40:1742, requires the phrase “NO PARKING” on the pavement of the access aisle in letters at least twelve inches tall. RPM’s striping page explains the rule and states that the aisle marking is part of the layout it plans with the customer when a lot is restriped.

Built around occupied properties

Commercial maintenance work often happens around open businesses, and the site addresses that directly. It describes striping and cleaning as phased, so that customers and tenants can still get in, with evening and early work when a site needs it.

The homepage walks through how a job runs in four steps: send the site, scope it together, schedule around the property, and finish with a walkthrough. An animated parking lot on the homepage illustrates each stage as visitors scroll, from the empty lot to the finished striping.

The site also shows photographs from RPM jobs, labeled by work type, including striping, layouts, fire lanes, drive-thru lanes, and pressure washing. RPM lists a 5.0 Google rating across 14 reviews on the site, along with short customer comments. “We’ve had two great experiences with RPM Services,” wrote Megan C. Ruth D. wrote, “he’s reliable, responsive,” and Robert T. wrote, “extremely quick to respond.”

Where RPM works and how to get a quote

RPM serves commercial properties within about 50 miles of Hammond. The service area page lists Tangipahoa Parish, St. Tammany Parish, Livingston Parish, East Baton Rouge, and greater New Orleans, with towns named for each. Property owners outside those areas are invited to call and ask.

The site does not post prices. It states that every site is different, so the company quotes every job after it understands the property. The quote form asks for the type of work, the property town, the timing, and up to five photos. RPM then reviews the details, talks through the work and timing by phone or email, visits if the site needs it, and sends a quote.

Property managers can request a quote at rpmsvcs.com or call (985) 318-7085.
